- I am a property owner in Lithonia GA. My property has been managed by Easy Property Management company for several years. When I was first introduced to the company a real estate company managed the property. I had several evictions because the tenants were not vetted properly. I had to travel to Atlanta for each of the court hearings. I reside in California.
